Will this home brew recipe work?

I found this recipe and it’s ideal for me to make. We want to make some beer before everyone goes back to college but we dont have 3-4 weeks like other recipes take. this one says it will take 6-10 days to be ready to drink. Will this work or not?

We are more concentrated on it having the same effects as beer rather than taste.

How do you feel about the merger of SA Miller *Miller Brewing company* and Molson-Coors in a Joint venture?

http://allafrica.com/stories/200710100401.html

there’s the link if you think this is a hoax, Coors and Miller have created a joint venture, effectively creating a 2 company market in the United States for the Big Brewers, A-B and now Coors and Miller. What do you think the effect will be on the american mass beer market, beer costs and flavor profiles. I will award a best awnser, so think carefully on it and please, if you cant give more then a 4 word answer, you likely wont hit the spot Unless it was “More reasons to Homebrew” or something along those lines. Give it a good shot and good luck

Which is your favorite type of honey for home-brewing beer (most recipes)?

What type of honey would you choose if a particular homebrew recipe didn’t specify? Clover, orange blossom, or alfalfa honey? How does mesquite honey differ?

Can you help me answer a question about flights?

I brew my own beer and I am taking a domestic flight from Knoxville, TN to Fort Luaderdale, FL and I want to take two pints for a friend to try out. I can find anything online to see if that’s ok…all I can find is information about lighters and razors, etc…So is homebrew acceptable?

How do I get rid of yeast at the bottom of the bottle?

I like to homebrew a few times a year. It always comes out great except that there is always a thick layer of yeast at the bottom of the bottle. I chill it and pour carefully.

How do I get rid of it? The beer at the store does not have, why do I?

did I harm my homebrew?

after 7 days, I transfered my fermented beer to a secondary container and with it there was some foam on top which may have been as a result of some air getting in. I was as careful as I could be.

how long should I let it set in the secondary fermenter before bottling it?
